EXHIBIT HOURS AND LOCATION: The conference exhibit hall will officially open on Friday, October 24, 2008 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Saturday, October 25, 2008 from 8:00 am to 11:30 am at the Hilton Atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia. Saturday will be open to the public.

LIABILITY: The Hilton Atlanta will provide security in the exhibit hall. However, the exhibitor agrees to carry public liability insurance covering the exhibit space. Touch the Future/Transition and SERID will not be liable for damage or loss to any exhibitor’s properties through theft, fire, accident or any other cause whether the result of negligence or otherwise.

BOOTH ALLOCATION AND ARRANGEMENT OF EXHIBITS: Exhibitor space assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis and will be as shown on the floor plan to the extent possible. Touch the Future/Transition and SERID retain the right to make changes to exhibitor location, size, and display limits of any booth.

*ACCOMMODATIONS: In order to accommodate everyone, all vendors will need to have materials in accessible formats such as large print, Braille, and CD. Due to the large number of deaf, deaf-blind and hard of hearing individuals expected at the conference, there will be a $75 fee assessed all vendors who do not provide their own certified sign language interpreters. This fee will provide a pool of certified sign language interpreters for vendor use during the exhibit hall hours.
